We value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase and installation.
1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if installation or production has not started.

After 24 hours or once the project/work has started, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

Product found defective upon installation and cannot be replaced.

Order cancelled by Homenexa due to stock unavailability or other technical reasons.

Double payment made by mistake (after verification).
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment mode used at purchase.

Installation and service charges are non-refundable once work has begun.
4. No Refund Cases

Refunds are not provided for customer preference changes or compatibility issues post order production.

Custom-made products and software configurations are non-refundable.
