Refund & Cancellation Policy — Homenexa Smart Automation Pvt. Ltd.

We value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase and installation.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment if installation or production has not started.

  • After 24 hours or once the project/work has started, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Product found defective upon installation and cannot be replaced.

  • Order cancelled by Homenexa due to stock unavailability or other technical reasons.

  • Double payment made by mistake (after verification).

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment mode used at purchase.

  • Installation and service charges are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. No Refund Cases

  • Refunds are not provided for customer preference changes or compatibility issues post order production.

  • Custom-made products and software configurations are non-refundable.
